FĒNIX is the brainchild of Carlow multi-instrumentalist Darragh O’Connor. With influences ranging from the iconic sounds of the 80s to contemporary Synthwave, FĒNIX crafts a unique blend of "big beats and sexy synths" that define his signature melody-driven alt-pop.
Embarking on his musical journey, FĒNIX made a bold statement with the release of his debut single 'Alive,' symbolizing a personal rebirth and the courage to share his own musical narrative. The name FĒNIX (phoenix) encapsulates the spirit of obtaining new life by rising from the ashes of a former self.
